Return & Exchange


A. RETURN POLICY

To process a refund or exchange Items must be returned to us first for inspection. In original condition, unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Refund or exchange will strictly be at the discretion of Tigra the label. Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods not for change of mind, wrong color or fit so please choose carefully.

  2. Please do not send returns without our confirmation.
  3. We will provide you our return address.
  4. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
  5. Email shipping information and tracking number to us at welove@tigrathelabel.com promptly so we can track & trace your return item.
  6. Keep your proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been received & processed.
  7. Please be mindful. Returns are the responsibility of customer. Tigra the label is not responsible for returns that are lost, undelivered or incorrectly addressed.
  8. When we have a sale on our website please choose carefully as there is no refund, exchange on credit notes on sale items.

B. EXCHANGES
If your Tigra swim item arrives and the size you selected is incorrect you can return it to us & exchange it for another size or new item at equal value.

  1. We will exchange full priced items within 14 days of delivery of goods.
  2. Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue you a gift card at equal value to your purchase.
  3. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed & with tags attached.
  4. We cannot refund items for change of mind or colour. Please choose carefully. Refund are for faulty goods only
  5. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  6. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Regrettably, we cannot refund shipping cost for exchange items.

C. REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF FAULTY ITEM / INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED

We have a strict quality control system in place at Tigra the label however as everything we sell is carefully made and hand packed sometimes a faulty item slips through, or the wrong item is shipped.

If your purchase arrives in any way faulty or defective or an incorrect item is shipped, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase and shipping in full, or you can choose to receive a gift card at equal value to use anywhere on our store. (Gift card cannot be refunded later.)

  1. We accept returns on faulty/incorrect items within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  2. As soon as your returned faulty item is received and approved by Tigra the label your payment will be refunded in full or, if you wish, a store credit of equal value. (including shipping)
  3. Refunds / gift card will only be given for goods that are faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped.
  4. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached.
  5. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be returned to your account.
